Canso provides software and technology solutions, including cloud-based platforms and related tools, primarily intended for businesses, financial institutions, and enterprises to design, deploy, and manage data-driven and machine-learning-powered workflows.

Your use of the Platform may also be subject to separate commercial agreements, customer contracts, or third-party terms, where applicable.

2. Access and Authorization

Access to the Platform is provided on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable basis, subject to these Terms and any permissions granted by the Company.

You represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to access the Platform on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent; and
All access credentials issued to you will be kept secure and confidential.

The Company may suspend or restrict access at any time if it determines that access is unauthorized, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

3. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data, information, files, or content uploaded, generated, or processed through the Platform (“User Data”).

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate such feedback without restriction or obligation.

Any interactive features, forums, or communication tools provided through the Platform must be used responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.

In no event shall the Company’s aggregate liability under these Terms exceed INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh).

The Company does not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
Data processed through the Platform will be accurate or preserved without loss;
The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

You acknowledge that reliance on the Platform is at your own risk and responsibility.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. The Company does not control and is not responsible for such third-party offerings.

Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

12. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that may harm the Platform or other users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or network failures.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.

Subject to arbitration, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
